The early months and years of a child’s life are very important for his or her health and overall development. However, no two children follow the same pattern or rate for meeting milestones. If your child was born prematurely, was hospitalized at birth, or has a medical diagnosis, he or she will likely have a different timetable of development. Our therapists will use standardized assessment tools to evaluate their current skills in various domains and their chronological and adjusted ages will be used in order to determine if your baby is “on track” developmentally. If there are areas of concern, our experienced and professional staff will suggest ways to encourage your child to reach his or her full potential.
